Kae Higuchi
Born and based in Sendai, Kae Higuchi received the Miyagi Prefecture New Artist Award for Arts in 2005. She actively presents her work through numerous solo and group exhibitions. Her published picture books include Inside the Mirror (authored by Riku Onda) and The Fox (authored by Natsuhiko Kyogoku).
