IGOONE CHRISTMAS 2025

A Special Christmas-Themed Exhibition — Featuring Sachiko Matsushita [ Artist Statement ] Centered around the theme of a "Classical Christmas" and the angels closely bound to it, I created a "Christmas unique to this place"—blending these motif with the holiday traditions familiar to us in Japan, such as Christmas cakes and festive parties. My imagination expanded through the thought that angels exist in forms beyond what we commonly know, as well as the Geminid meteor shower that lights up the winter sky during the holiday season. Dancing upon a cake-stage set against the night sky, may the "Twin Angels" invite you to pause and leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life, if only for a moment. May angels visit you as well! * A message from the angel inscribed on the upper ribbon: “If you need wings, I will give you mine.”
